Device Driver Diskette Version 1.2 This package contains a self-extracting diskette image files for the Device Drivers Diskette, Version 1.2 for the : + IBM EtherJet PC Card + IBM EtherJet Combo PC Card Installation Instructions: 1. Download the self-extracting diskette image file EJETPC1.EXE to the hard drive and directory of your choice. 2. To Create a diskette, execute the EXE file from this directory command prompt by typing the name of the file. (As long as EJETPC1.EXE can fit onto a diskette, you can use diskettes to move copies of the EJETPC1.EXE diskette image file from one machine to another or from one office location to another. However, do not attempt to actually execute EJETPC1.EXE from the diskette or else it will post a source/destination conflict error message.) 3. After creating the diskette, refer to the Installation Instructions Manual that shipped with your adapter for instructions on how to install and configure the device driver of interest. If you do not have a copy of the manual that shipped with your adapter, you can browse or print an on-line version of it. Fixes in this Package: Version 1.2: Updated the Ndis 4 driver on the Driver Diskette to support Windows2000. Updated the Ndis3 driver for a shutdown problem on a TP570. Created separate download pages for the Driver Diskette image and the Lanaid Diskette images. Version 1.1: Updated the Ndis4 driver on the Driver Diskette to support Windows98. This driver can also be found on the Windows98 CD from Microsoft. Version 1.0 : Minor change to driver diskette (replaced one file) and fixed bug in install.lst (replaced four files). Known Problems: Etherjet PC Card Flash Utility Diskette fixes "NO MODEM SOUND" problem when the EtherJet and a PCMCIA modem are installed together.
