This package provides the Modem driver for Windows XP users. The
Modem driver enables or updates the Modem function of Conexant modem 
of the following computers:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALL:
 1. Start Windows.
 2. Logon with administrative privileges.
 3. Extract this package onto the hard drive. The default location
    is C:\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM
 4. Click Start.
 5. Click Run.
 6. Specify setup32m.EXE with the full path name where you extracted
    the package in the step 3, and click OK.
    Example: C:\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM\SETUP.EXE
 7. Follow the setup program.
 8. After system reboot, Modem driver will be installed properly.

UNINSTALL:
 1. Start Windows.
 2. Logon with administrative privileges.
 3. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
 4. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
 5. Select Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartCP and click Uninstall.
 6. If needed, restart the system.

UNATTENDED INSTALL(For <OS'S>):
This is for system administrators use only.

This version has only UNATTENDED INSTALL. 
1. Start Windows XP, logon with administrative privileges.
2. Extract the drivers to the hard disk drive.
3. Click Start, then click Run.
4. Type C:\DRIVERS\HDAMODEM\setup32m.exe -s
