DESCRIPTION:
This Component Package contains the 10/100 Miniport driver for Microsoft Windows 
Server 2003 for HP ProLiant NC31xx Ethernet or Fast Ethernet NICs.

Enhancements/Fixes:  
Enhanced the installer for multiple adapter installations.
Modified the component package titles so that specific NIC/LOM drivers are easier to find.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the Component Package to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file. You will be given
   the option to extract or install the new drivers.

3. After the files have been extracted or installed, you may delete the
   Component Package file downloaded in step 1.

4. After the update or installation is complete, reboot the server.
