Instructions for Installing C/X PCI Device Driver
Reason for change
On some SCO UNIX and UnixWare systems, C/X - PCI host adapters fail to initialize.

Affected systems
SCO UNIX and UnixWare systems with Digi C/X - PCI host adapters.

Installing the device driver
This patch must be installed on top of an existing MPI 2.9.1 package. If MPI has not been installed on your system, it must be installed before installing this patch. If the installed version of MPI is earlier than 2.9.1, do not install this patch until you have upgraded MPI to 2.9.1. 
1.  Log in to the console as superuser (root).
2.  Change to a temporary directory (create one if necessary).
3.  Load the diskette containing the patch into the diskette drive.
4.  Enter the following commands:
tar xv
sh install.sh
 Follow the instructions displayed by the installation script.
