        Long Description: A command line utility to change the file date and time. Quite Flexible. Touch is a utility to change the date and/or time for files. You can specify one or more file types (abc.* *.com *.exe), and also exclude file types (/xabc.exe /cabc.c*). The date and time can be modified or left untouched for each of the year, month, day, hour, and/or minute. For a full explanation of the command line switches, type Touch /?. Touch is freeware.
