        Long Description: Start programs after startup(set day + delay eg adj clock). Start sets.exe from the startup folder. Sets.exe compares the number of days since last started the program. If greater than the specified number of days sets.exe waits the specified number of seconds before starting the program. Included example, timeadj.exe, will adjust a fast, or slow, clock when called. Freeware. (sets.zip)
