        Long Description: PhoneAttention is a simpe program, that has two main purposes.  First, it monitors a signal from the modem on the serial port. When a phone is ringing, the modem detects this, even if it isn't in auto answer mode. The PhoneAttention utility displays a PM or Text Pop-Up message whenever the phone is ringing.  This is useful if you (like in my case) plug your stereo headphones into your ears and don't hear the phone. Includes binaries and source code. Freeware. (phoneat4.zip)
