        Long Description: Utility for converting text encodings. ConText is a simple utility that does two useful things. First, it lets you convert text from one arbitrary codepage to another (i.e., character byte values are changed as needed to preserve the original meaning of each character under the target codepage). Second, it includes clipboard support for Unicode text (in the same format as supported by the Mozilla products). Version 0.4 adds context menus and improves the Unicode clipboard support.
