WHAT?

Picture yourself a large hall with
C64:s, Amigas, Breakdance Battles,
Godzilla Lovers, Grafitti
Painters, Commodorians, Disco
Freaks and Computer Nerds.  That's
LCP!

Since Tribute2 got cancelled, we
in HT felt that someone had to
arrange some kind of meeting
before the Party.  So we got our
act together, fixed a partplace
and coded invite-intros for 64 and
Amiga.  Now it's all finished, and
the only thing missing is you!


WHEN?

On the XXth of November/December.


WHERE?

In a Tennis Center located in the
Ringhals Powerplant area,
approximately 60 km south of
Gothenburg.

There will be three major battles,
and in addition to them we will
surprise you with loads of
unordinary contests that will be
announced at the party.  The major
battles are:

 Demo.  We will not have separate
battles for the different formats,
all computers, pocket-calculators
and videogames compete side by 
side. But if you plan to release
a demo on any other format than a
standard C64, Amiga or PC then 
you're gonna have to bring the
electronics to us. If we find a 
demo too boring to show on the 
bigscreen, we reserve us the
right to disqualify it.

 Music.  This battle is also
multi-format, but with some sharp
regulations.  No more than 4
channels are allowed (this rule
does not apply to C64-entries)!
If you're an Amiga- or 
PC-musician, we prefer to get the
music in MOD-format (however, 
this is not an absolute must, if
you prefer FutureComposer, TFMX,
MusicLine, THX, StarTrekker,
NoiseTracker or any other format
we will accept that too, but
include a replayer on the disk),
and on the C64 it shall ofcourse
be an executable file. The 
maximum music-length is 4 
minutes.  If your tune exceeds 
that length we will shut it off 
after 4 minutes or disqualify it 
if it's too boring.

 Graphics.  Again, a multi-format
battle.  Hand in the picture in
one of the following formats:
IFF/LBM, GIF, JPEG or KOALA.  On
the C64 the picture must be an 
executable file.

FEATURES!

 Live performances by 
  HT (breakdance masters),
  Sugarknob (acid-scouts),
  Rollin Hand (disco DJ), 
  Dr.Silence (ambient DJ)
 
 Bigscreen, which constantly
  will be showing *good* movies
  (oldskool kung fu, splatter,
  godzilla, rocco..) and cool 
  demos!

 Loads of surprise
  competitions!


RULES!

 Don't bring any huge stereos
  to LPC, since we will be
  responsible for all noise 
  played.

 The contributions to the
  competitions must be fresh, ie.
  not have been spread before the
  party.

 You mustn't under any
  circumstances play doom or
  goa-trance.

 Troublemakers will be handed
  over to HT's demolishing team.


DON'T FORGET!

 To bring your own powerchords,
  computers, noodles, flips,
  cuba-cola, moogs, favourite 
  boogierecords, money and 
  llamas.  An extra-reminder
  about the food, since the 
  partyplace is kinda distant.
  But we'll atleast have cheap
  pizzas.

 Gamers don't belong on a
  party.

 Ringhals is the biggest
  nuclear powerplant in Sweden.
