2. Corrected an issue with the Processor number detection when Hyperthreading
is turned off.

1. Corrected an issue where the FRUSDR did not monitor processor fans in 
third party chassis.
2. Corrected an issue with the "Proc Thermal Control" Sensor Data Record (SDR).
3. Corrected a factory FRUSDR programming issue where the Sensor Data Records
(SDR's) were not being programmed correctly.  This caused the system fans to
shut down after a short period of time, which caused the system to thermal 
trip and shut down.

FRUSDR 1.30
1. Added support to the FRUSDR package to program the Sensor Data Records
(SDR's) for server boards in third party chassis.
