Make More Efficient Use of ConfigFree

Create profiles with the profile wizard

A profile can be created by using the profile wizard.


Let's create profile

1  Start creating a profile

    
Open Add Profile screen 

1 Left-click the ConfigFree Icon icon in the system tray.
2 Move the cursor to Profile.
3 Click Add New Profile.
Add Profile screen appears.




Start Profile Wizard

1 Select Wizard.
2 Click OK.
Profile Wizard screen appears.




2  Setting Profiles

Create profiles by setting each item on the Profile Wizard screen .

1 Setup each item
- Capture the present Internet settings.
- Setup of the Home Page to display
- Setup of Automatic configuration
- Setup of a Proxy server
2 Click Next.





Profile Wizard (2/5)
 
1 Setup each item
- Default Dial-up
- Default Printer
- File and Printer Sharing Settings
- Bluetooth Security Level
2 Click Next.




Profile Wizard (3/5)

1 Setup each item
- Capture the present Device Settings
- Device status
- Firewall setting
- SSID
-TCP/IP
2 Click Next.




Profile Wizard (4/5)

1 Setup each item
- Auto switch settings
2 Click Next.




Profile Wizard (5/5)

1 Setup each item
- Icon
- Profile Name
- Comment
- Execute this program after switching
2 Click Done




Finish setting profile
Confirmation screen displayed.
1 If "Yes" is clicked, the profile will switch to the created profile.






Checking the created profile

The My desk profile is created.
